小知识:中药里的“青蒿”指的是黄花蒿,青蒿素是从黄花蒿里面提取的;植物 学中的“青蒿”才是青蒿。 


广西仙草堂制药在决定开始青蒿项目之前,特别去了解青蒿这一植物,并寻遍全 国,看遍无数地方的青蒿,最后发现广西融安县内野生青蒿里的青蒿素含量较别 的地方要高很多。经许多科学家研究证实生长在热量充足,降水丰沛地方的青蒿 中所含青蒿素含量比其他地方高很多。

 

       Trivia: The term "Artemisia" in Chinese medicine refers to Artemisia annua, from which Artemisinin is extracted; the term "Artemisia" in botany is Artemisia caruifolia.

在青蒿种源方面,广西仙草堂制药投入大量的人力与资金进行良种研究,2009 年 11 月,广西仙草堂制药与广州中医药大学李国桥教授团队合作开展青蒿优质 种源的研究和生产,通过企业与院校之间的合作共同开发高含量、高产量的青蒿 种源并进行产业化推广应用。

2017 年 9 月,广西仙草堂制药与中国中医科学院中药研究所合作建立全球第一 个青蒿、灵芝良种培育及生态种植基地,并在青蒿和灵芝的种质资源、良种选育、 生态种植、规范化采收、病虫害防治等品种培育和生态种植方面开展合作研究。 (注:中国中医科学院中药研究所始建于 1955 年,是我国成立最早的一所国家 级研究中药的专门机构。自 1983 年起被确认为世界卫生组织传统医学合作中 心。)


In September 2017, Guangxi XianCaoTang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine cooperated to establish the world's first base for cultivating and ecological planting of Artemisia annua and Ganoderma lucidum, and to conduct cooperative research in the cultivation and ecological planting of Artemisia annua and Ganoderma lucidum in terms of germplasm resources, selection and breeding of good seeds, ecological planting, standardized harvesting, pest control and other varieties. 由融安县人民政府提出,由广西仙草堂制药有限责任公司等单位共同起草的《青 蒿素生产技术规程》(DB45/T 1639-2017)广西地方标准,于 2019 年 6 月 27 日 在南宁,顺利通过由广西市场监督管理局组织的专家组审定。 该标准是一项填补国内青蒿素行业空白的新标准,结束了我国没有青蒿素生产技 术标准的历史;该标准将用于规范青蒿素生产,提高产品质量,着力提升品牌形 象与核心竞争力,进一步提升生产效益,有力助推青蒿素产业做大做强;该标准 将进一步推进广西仙草堂制药有限责任公司与中国中医科学院中药研究所(屠呦 呦团队)的合作协议,全面开展项目合作研究。


     

      The "Technical Regulations for Artemisinin Production" (DB45/T 1639-2017) Guangxi local standard proposed by the Rong'an County People's Government and jointly drafted by Guangxi Xiancaotang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and other units, was held in Nanning on June 27, 2019, It successfully passed the examination and approval of the expert group organized by Guangxi Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. 

      This is a new standard to fill the blank of domestic Artemisinin industry, ending the history of no technical standard for Artemisinin production in China; the standard will be used to standardize Artemisinin production, improve product quality, make efforts to enhance brand image and core competitiveness, further improve production efficiency, and strongly promote the Artemisinin industry to become bigger and stronger; the standard will further promote the cooperation between Guangxi XianCaoTang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. and the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Medicine (Tu Youyou's team) to fully carry out cooperative research on the project.

小知识:《青蒿素绿色提取工艺》


技术领域 本发明涉及药物生产领域,是一种青蒿素的提取工艺。


背景技术


青蒿素(Artemisinin)是从药用植物黄花蒿(Artemisia annua Linn)中提取的青蒿 素类药物,为含有过氧化基团的倍半花内酯化合物,是我国唯一得到国际认 可按西药研制的中草药提取物,是世界卫生组织(WHO)明确规定取代奎宁 的抗疟疾原料药。我国的青蒿素产销量占全球产销量的 90%以上,中国的提 取技术也就代表着世界水平。


目前国内黄花蒿中提取青蒿素的工艺主要是传统的有机溶媒提取分离法,即 采用有机溶剂如乙醇、丙酮、汽油等对黄花蒿进行提取得到提取液浸膏后, 再经过大孔树脂或硅胶柱分离结晶得到青蒿素纯品,该技术工艺简单成熟, 国内绝大多数青蒿素生产企业都沿用这种经典的提取方法。其主要的缺点是 提取时间长,提取率低,溶媒、能源消耗大,环境污染大等。由于该法的大 生产应用始于 2004 年,至今不到十年时间,因而改进的空间很大。


绿色提取法也称超临界二氧化碳萃取法,该法广泛地用于香料的提取,具有 环境 良好、操作安全、不存在有害物残留、产品品质高且能保持固有气味 等特点。进入 90 年代后,超临界二氧化碳萃取技术开始运用于从药用植物 中提取药用有效 成分等,据报导我国在青蒿素的超临界流体萃取也有研究, 但终因此法存在设备投入大,生产能力低、运行成本高,没有市场竞争力的 缺点,在国内外至今尚没有一家企业进行过大规模的工业生产。


广西仙草堂制药采用的青蒿素绿色提取工艺具有以下有益效果: 


1、可有效降低生产成本、提高经济效益 


2、解决青蒿素在提取过程中受热分解而影响收率的问题 


3、节能、降耗、清洁、大幅减少废弃物排放


      Little knowledge: The Artemisinin Green Extraction Process

      Technical field

  The present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical production and is a process for the extraction of Artemisinin.

     Background technology

Artemisinin is an Artemisinin-like drug extracted from the medicinal plant Artemisia annua Linn. It is a sesquiterpene lactone compound containing peroxide groups and is the only Chinese herbal extract in China that has been internationally recognized as a Western medicine, and is an anti-malarial API explicitly prescribed by the World Health Organization (WHO) to replace quinine. China's Artemisinin production and sales account for more than 90% of global production and sales, so China's extraction technology also represents the world level.

At present, the main method of extracting Artemisinin from Artemisia annua in China is the traditional organic solvent extraction and separation method, i.e. using organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone and gasoline to extract Artemisia annua to obtain the extract infusion, and then separating and crystallizing it by macroporous resin or silica gel column to obtain the pure product of Artemisinin. The main drawbacks are the long extraction time, low extraction rate, high solvent and energy consumption and environmental pollution. Since the application of this method in large-scale production started in 2004, less than ten years ago, there is a lot of room for improvement.

The green extraction method, also known as supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method, is widely used in the extraction of spices, and has the characteristics of environmental friendliness, safe operation, no residue of harmful substances, high product quality and can maintain inherent odor. After the 1990s, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology began to be applied to the extraction of medicinal active ingredients from medicinal plants, etc. According to reports, China has also conducted research on supercritical fluid extraction of Artemisinin, but in the end, this method has the disadvantages of large investment in equipment, low production capacity, high operating costs and no market competitiveness.

 

The Artemisinin green extraction process adopted by Guangxi Xiancaotang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd has the following beneficial effects.

2006 年起,广西仙草堂制药以“青蒿种子”合作的形式和种植户牵头人共同建 立青蒿种植合作社,开展青蒿的种植。经过多年的用心经营,目前共建立了 7个青蒿种植合作社,由广西仙草堂制药免费提供青蒿种和青蒿种植技术指导培 训,并与农户签订原料保底价回收青蒿。 青蒿一般在 1 月中旬播种,待幼苗长成后经过大约 120 天的成长后收割,将叶子 晒干送回工厂加工提取青蒿素。


  Since 2006, Guangxi Xiancaotang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd has established Artemisia planting cooperatives in the form of "Artemisia seeds" cooperation with the leaders of farmers to carry out the cultivation of Artemisia. 自 2009 年起,广西仙草堂制药开始“公司+科研单位+合作社+农户”的产业化模 式,可以带动乡村发展,创造了更多的就业岗位,帮助农户增加了收入。 “公司+科研单位+合作社+农户”模式由公司免费提供种子,科研单位负责种子 的选育培优,公司通过合作社进行种植技术的指导与培训;公司与农户进行保底 价收购,在保障公司原料产量的同时,也实现为农户带去经济效益的双赢。

青蒿素(Artemisinin)是从药用植物黄花蒿(Artemisia annua Linn)中提取的青蒿 素类药物,为含有过氧化基团的倍半花内酯化合物,是我国唯一得到国际认 可按西药研制的中草药提取物,是世界卫生组织(WHO)明确规定取代奎宁 的抗疟疾原料药。我国的青蒿素产销量占全球产销量的 90%以上,中国的提 取技术也就代表着世界水平。


目前国内黄花蒿中提取青蒿素的工艺主要是传统的有机溶媒提取分离法,即 采用有机溶剂如乙醇、丙酮、汽油等对黄花蒿进行提取得到提取液浸膏后, 再经过大孔树脂或硅胶柱分离结晶得到青蒿素纯品,该技术工艺简单成熟, 国内绝大多数青蒿素生产企业都沿用这种经典的提取方法。其主要的缺点是 提取时间长,提取率低,溶媒、能源消耗大,环境污染大等。由于该法的大 生产应用始于 2004 年,至今不到十年时间,因而改进的空间很大。


绿色提取法也称超临界二氧化碳萃取法,该法广泛地用于香料的提取,具有 环境 良好、操作安全、不存在有害物残留、产品品质高且能保持固有气味 等特点。进入 90 年代后,超临界二氧化碳萃取技术开始运用于从药用植物 中提取药用有效 成分等,据报导我国在青蒿素的超临界流体萃取也有研究, 但终因此法存在设备投入大,生产能力低、运行成本高,没有市场竞争力的 缺点,在国内外至今尚没有一家企业进行过大规模的工业生产。

At present, the main method of extracting Artemisinin from Artemisia annua in China is the traditional organic solvent extraction and separation method, i.e. using organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone and gasoline to extract Artemisia annua to obtain the extract infusion, and then separating and crystallizing it by macroporous resin or silica gel column to obtain the pure product of Artemisinin. The main drawbacks are the long extraction time, low extraction rate, high solvent and energy consumption and environmental pollution. Since the application of this method in large-scale production started in 2004, less than ten years ago, there is a lot of room for improvement.

The green extraction method, also known as supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method, is widely used in the extraction of spices, and has the characteristics of environmental friendliness, safe operation, no residue of harmful substances, high product quality and can maintain inherent odor. After the 1990s, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology began to be applied to the extraction of medicinal active ingredients from medicinal plants, etc. According to reports, China has also conducted research on supercritical fluid extraction of Artemisinin, but in the end, this method has the disadvantages of large investment in equipment, low production capacity, high operating costs and no market competitiveness.

2006 年起,广西仙草堂制药以“青蒿种子”合作的形式和种植户牵头人共同建 立青蒿种植合作社,开展青蒿的种植。经过多年的用心经营,目前共建立了 7个青蒿种植合作社,由广西仙草堂制药免费提供青蒿种和青蒿种植技术指导培 训,并与农户签订原料保底价回收青蒿。 青蒿一般在 1 月中旬播种,待幼苗长成后经过大约 120 天的成长后收割,将叶子 晒干送回工厂加工提取青蒿素。
